Mary has been employed by the firm since 1990. She attended the college of Saint Catherine. She received her AA degree in paralegal studies from Inver Grove Heights community college in 1997.

Mary is responsible for assisting Guardianship and Conservatorship clients with preparation of Personal Well Being Reports, Annual and Final Accounts and DHS background studies. She is responsible for reviewing and responding to Conservator Account Review Program and Conservator Account Auditing Program reports. She’s also responsible for preparation of Special Needs Trust client’s Annual and Final Accounts.

In addition, Mary is responsible for the law firm’s accounts receivable, accounts payable, trust account reconciliation, client time and billing and staff payroll.

Mary has extensive experience with My Minnesota Conservator, QuickBooks and Microsoft 360.
