J. Scott Braden, PA was established in September 1990. Scott was originally a solo practitioner focusing on family law clients. Over the years, Scott had 6 associate attorneys and 3 partners and 8 Paralegals/legal assistants. J. Scott Braden, PA attorneys participated in numerous civic organizations, community leadership positions, volunteer activities, community education activities and appointments to governmental organizations. Scott Braden believed the law firm had an obligation to “pay back” which was reflected by its annual charitable giving to local organizations.
Over 6,000 clients received legal services. The number of Divorces, Adoptions, Guardianships and Conservatorships, Social Security Disability Appeals, Probate Proceedings, Estate Planning cases, Bankruptcies and other case types was extraordinary. The number of Court and Administrative Hearings, Motions and Trials easily exceeded 20,000. Scott and his associates also represented many clients in Minnesota Court of Appeals matters.
We have been very fortunate for the individual clients, businesses and organizations who trusted our integrity, zealousness, legal skills and judgment.
Thank you and best wishes.
